During the visit, the delegation toured various facilities at MD Oils Factory, gaining firsthand insight into the different stages of engine oil production and manufacturing, from receiving and storing raw materials to blending, processing, filling, packaging, storage, and distribution.
The tour also provided an opportunity to explore the factory’s advanced automated operating systems and modern manufacturing technologies. The delegation visited the quality control laboratories, where they were introduced to the testing procedures and quality assurance processes implemented to ensure that MD Oils products meet established technical specifications and quality standards.
The visit highlighted the factory’s production capabilities and its contribution to developing Libya’s domestic engine oil manufacturing industry while strengthening the presence of locally manufactured products in the Libyan market.
