As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening professional relationships, supporting meaningful cooperation with local institutions, and building sustainable partnerships across the industrial and business sectors, MD Oils Factory welcomed a delegation from Al-Taqa International for an official visit to the factory.
The visit provided the Al-Taqa International team with an opportunity to gain a closer understanding of the factory’s industrial capabilities, production processes, quality control systems, and the technical infrastructure supporting the manufacturing of engine oils in Libya.
A Closer Look at the Manufacturing Process
During the visit, the delegation was taken on a comprehensive tour of the factory’s key operational facilities, where they were introduced to the different stages involved in the production and manufacturing of engine oils.
The tour included an overview of the production process, from the handling and preparation of raw materials through the various manufacturing and blending stages, as well as the procedures followed to ensure consistency and quality throughout the production cycle.
The delegation also had the opportunity to learn more about the factory’s storage facilities and the systems implemented to organize and manage materials and finished products in accordance with operational and quality requirements.
Quality and Laboratory Testing
A key part of the visit focused on the quality assurance procedures adopted at MD Oils.
The delegation was introduced to the role of the factory’s laboratory in conducting technical and quality tests on products and materials.
