His Excellency the Ambassador of the State of Japan in Libya Shimura Izuru and his accompanying delegation visited the MD OILS factory and discussed means of cooperation on the manufacture of automotive oil products for one of the major Japanese companies in the MDOILS factory, due to Libya’s strategic location in Africa.
