A glimpse of the visit of His Excellency the Ambassador of Japan to Libya, Shimura Izuru, and his accompanying delegation, to the MD OILS factory. The delegation conducted a site visit to the factory and discussed ways to cooperate on manufacturing automotive oil products for one of the major Japanese companies at the MDOILS factory, given Libya's strategic location in Africa.
